The Works Strength & Conditioning
The Works is my most popular program, because it can be done in the gym or modified for home. It includes 3 resistance training sessions, 3 cardio, and one ab/core session a week. This is perfect for gym lifters, or those who work between the gym and home.
The Garage Squad
The Garage Squad is a full body resistance training program for those who want to lift, and look like it. In 3 solid session per week, we will push, pull and squat our way to confidence and strength. This is the program that my clients follow if their goal is to get stronger and leaner.
The Home Team Training
The Home Team Training program is created to bring you results from home training. No more sharing equipment or commuting. This science based program is written so that you have a plan and accountability to reach your goals at home.

Square 1
This program is for the beginner, or the person who wants to start over. Learn the basics of lifting, how to use the gym, and lay the foundation for building your strength and confidence.
Any Gym USA
This is a program that you can execute in any basic gym. It includes how to find the right exercises, the right equipment, and make substitutions in any gym in America.
This plan does not require specialty barbells or complicated equipment. It is great for a box gym, your local neighborhood gym, or those of you who travel and don’t have a consistent home gym.

Training Program FAQs
Which program is best for me?
If you will train from home, The Home Team is for you. The Garage Squad is the program my small group lifting class does. If is a full gym lifting program, barbells included. Finally, Square 1 is a beginner program that also utilizes a full gym.
All programs are based on becoming healthier, stronger and leaner through resistance training. If you have specifics you’d like to ask me about, email me! kathryn@kathrynalexander.com

How do I learn the exercises?
Each exercise has a video demonstration and text description. Please watch the video and read these. If you have further questions, feel free to email me! kathryn@kathrynalexander.com
What do I need for the workouts?
The Home Team: a pair of light dumbbells, a pair of medium dumbbells, and a heavy dumbbell or kettlebell. You’ll also want light/medium bands, and a hip circle.
The Garage Squad: dumbbells, bands, and a barbell.
Square 1: full gym.
Do I have to do the training sessions on the days they are posted?
No. I will publish them by Sunday. Do them in order, but on the days that you can.
Where do I start?
