50 Pounds Lost
I am 50 years old and had not exercised in years. Kathryn worked with me to develop a personal training regimen that I could do and then built on it as I increased in endurance, strength, and flexibility. Kathryn’s positive attitude and encouragement helped me stay with her program and resulted in my loss of over 50 pounds and 6 inches off my waist in 4 months.
