Personal Training in Austin, Texas
This is in-person training in my location or yours in Austin, Texas. This includes custom written programming for our sessions together, and free access to a full training program for any accessory training (includes resistance training, cardio, ab/core and stretching).
This is great for learning and maintaining good form, progression, and having a spot when necessary.
Training Programs
These training programs are the X’s and O’s. Budget friendly from $15 – $35, these tell you what to do for your gym or home workouts, including how-to videos.
The programs include a barbell training program, home workout series, and complete beginner gym routine. You pick which is best for you.
Online Personal Training
Online personal training includes a plan written specifically for you and your goals. It is for the motivated exercises who wants a plan and accountability.
Online training includes use of the Train Heroic app, which includes how-to videos and stores your training numbers so you always know you’re using the right weights.
